Having built his career at BNP Paribas Real Estate and MSCI, he possesses a unique market perspective, combining transactional expertise, real estate data analysis, and an in-depth understanding of international investor expectations.
At Greenbelt REIM, Alexandre leads the Real Assets division, covering all asset classes: offices, logistics, residential, hospitality, retail, and alternative assets.
His ability to identify off-market opportunities, structure competitive processes, and secure complex transactions enables his clients to optimize their investment decisions in a constantly evolving market environment.

As a Partner within Greenbelt REIM, Guillaume advises institutional investors, real estate owners and occupiers on acquisitions, disposals, financing and off-market transactions across commercial real estate.
Prior to joining Greenbelt REIM, Guillaume spent five years at MSCI, where he worked across Investor Relations, supporting leading institutional investors in the analysis of real estate portfolios, performance measurement and capital allocation strategies. This experience provided him with a deep understanding of investment decision-making processes and portfolio construction.
His combined expertise in capital markets, portfolio analytics and real estate enables him to provide a unique perspective at the intersection of investment strategy and property fundamentals, with a particular focus on sourcing and executing off-market transactions
